Position: SALES ENABLEMENT

Overview

The Sales Enablement position has 2 goals and functions: supporting the sales team and sourcing new future client relationships.

Supporting the Sales Team

Assisting:
You must understand our digital marketing services, maintain proper client expectations on scope and timeline, and ensure operational efficiency across personnel, systems, and technology.

In this role, you will work closely with all business development reps to help onboard prospects and ensure a great client experience.

Support:
The business development department is very fast; you will be the main touchpoint for prospects after the sales process, answering questions, scheduling meetings, and coordinating notes.

Sales Person:
Education is also sales—help prospects understand the value of our services and how we improve their businesses over time.

Host/Hostess:
Host new client meetings at Tytanium Ideas HQ, making prospects feel welcome and appreciated, coordinating agendas, refreshments, and follow‑ups.

Event Planner:
Represent Tytanium Ideas positively at events—plan, facilitate, and follow up on all aspects of events.

Getting You Onboarded

We have a roadmap for getting you into position for success.

Step 1:
Get to Know Who We Are and What We Do

Take a crash course in our service offerings, sales process, and obtain Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales certifications.

Step 2:
Get to Know Our Existing Sales Processes

Learn the TOS model (Tytanium Operating System) and become proficient in managing and innovating sales processes to produce tangible results.

Step 3:
Become Obsessed with Our Sales Team and Prospects

Serve as the support person between the sales team, project teams, and prospects—stay informed on all prospect activities.

Step 4:
Be Creative and Innovate

Continuously analyze, innovate, and improve systems, processes, and touchpoints; self‑evaluate and report on effectiveness.

An Example of Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Manage (create and track) all contracts.
  • Schedule all pre‑client meetings and send reminders.
  • Handle onboarding—collect credentials, contact information, invoicing.
  • Send thank‑you emails for meetings & referrals.
  • Maintain the sales CRM—add contacts and companies, log communications.
  • Remind salespeople to follow up with leads.
  • Track monthly and YTD new sales revenue.
  • Handle prospect emails and client calls per calendar.
  • Send lead nurturing emails and follow‑up calls to set appointments.
  • Post blogs on the corporate site.
  • Check on long‑term projects, gather progress updates, and share with prospects per the playbook.
  • Report to the VP of Sales on lead nurturing material improvements.
  • Hold client meetings and follow up to capture opportunities.
  • Write follow‑up notes for the sales team, account coordinators, and strategy as needed.
  • Obtain daily progress updates from the team.
  • Coordinate and manage client events to strengthen relationships and source leads.
  • Send follow‑ups to all event attendees.
Requirements
  • Must have read all of the above and be excited about the position.
  • Understand your strengths, goals, and how you can grow—self‑aware.
  • Professional communications experience.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Obtain inbound marketing and inbound sales certifications within the first month.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Competency in computer and software skills necessary for the role.
  • Professional conduct inside and outside the office.
  • Positive disposition for working with many people.
  • Team‑player mindset; independent work possible but no ego.
  • Must be a U.S. person or permanent resident.
  • Associate’s degree or higher, plus a minimum of 5 years in client‑related business, communications, public relations, sales & marketing, or related field.
