Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow their career as part of S&G’s retail sales team. If you have successful sales experience, or simply love helping customers and providing a premiere customer service experience, S&G Carpet has a terrific training program to quickly get you up to speed on everything you need to know to be a flooring expert.

You will gain true job satisfaction by working with customers, one on one, to help them transform the look of their home. You will have the opportunity to build rapport with S&G’s customers as you assist them in finding the perfect floor covering for their projects.
There is no cold calling required for this position

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / Every Sunday off / Never work past 6:30 p.m.

This position starts at $20 an hour, plus bonus eligibility and commission from day one. Between hourly wages, bonus, and commission, new retail sales consultants generally earn between $28 and $38 per hour ($60,000 and $81,000 per year in total compensation for strong performers).

• High school diploma
• Previous sales experience (retail experience included).
• Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public.
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of importance in landing sales.
• Strong computer skills.
• Open to training and learning product line (we will train you).
