Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required.
