Pay$70,304.00 - $90,000.00 annually. This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $70,304 to $90,000 annually based on store performance and base salary of $70,304.
Responsibilities- Oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage all Front of House employees to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests.
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times.
- Provide or direct all Front of House training.
- Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones.
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees.
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant.
- Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff.
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.
