As an Applebee's Server, you will be the first and last impression of our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

You will greet guests, take orders, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive dining experience. You will assist servers and kitchen personnel, maintain cleanliness, and uphold our food safety standards.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively, and committed to making a positive impact. You must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining staff.

Physical Standards:
Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and masks throughout entire shift.

Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.

Compensation:
Applebee’s Servers start at minimum wage plus the opportunity to earn tips.
