This is a full-time on-site role located in Rocklin, CA, for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, performing legal research, and representing clients in personal injury, family law, and civil litigation cases. Additional responsibilities include drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, preparing for court proceedings, and collaborating with a team of legal professionals to ensure client success.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in areas such as Law, Labor and Employment Law
• Experience providing Legal Advice and performing in-depth Research
• Skills in Negotiation, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Prior experience in personal injury, family law, or civil litigation is preferred but not required
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in the legal field
