Consumer Lending Servicing Associate

The Consumer Lending Servicing Associate handles post-disbursement loan servicing tasks including due date changes, payment extensions, late fee reversals and financeable insurance products.

Here’s what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

• Process loan servicing transactions post-disbursement
• Answer employee and member inquiries (by phone and email) promptly and accurately
• Assist with Consumer Loan projects and initiatives as required

• Some experience in consumer lending in retail branch, originations, operations, support or servicing
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in simple interest calculation, amortization schedules and revolving/cycle loan calculations
• Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Lending Act regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  Intermediate knowledge of Excel

$24.18 to $27.83 hourly + annual bonus
