Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** M-F 7am-3pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Plan and manage the maintenance of manufacturing equipment within established policies.

+ Approve and plan work orders, conduct root cause failure analysis, and implement improvement plans for major failures and breakdowns.

+ Maintain problem-solving A3s to reduce downtime and scrap, focusing on machine reliability and continuous improvement.

+ Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies and standards.

+ Monitor and control spare parts inventory within budget, and develop training plans to maintain technician skill levels.

** What's Needed?*
* + Broad knowledge of Hydraulic Systems and at least 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance.

+ At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of troubleshooting, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance practices.

+ Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
