Project Manager, Operations Manager

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As part of the local plant leadership team, this role contributes to strategic planning by developing engineered solutions that satisfy plant demands. It carries full responsibility for plant project execution, including capital project oversight, while adhering to defined organizational policies. This position works directly under the Plant Manager for all plant related projects and supervises the Project Engineer & other personnel on staff.

** Pay Range:**  $100,000 - $130,000 Salary + Bonus

** What's the Job?*
* + Participate in strategic planning and define business plan capital projects aligned with the company's strategic goals

+ Manage all aspects of projects including planning, scheduling, contractor coordination, and material procurement

+ Create capital request documents and presentations for approval at executive levels

+ Prepare manufacturing area and machine layout drawings related to assigned projects

+ Track project expenses, write reports, and document activities to ensure project completion within scope, schedule, and budget

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering highly preferred

+ Minimum 5+ years of experience leading Capital Projects within a Manufacturing setting

+ Experience leading projects for Hydraulics and/or Automation based equipment highly desired

+ Ability to manage multiple long-term & short-term projects simultaneously

+ Experience managing projects with budgets up to $1M+ Experience leading other team members

+ Ability to travel domestic & internationally, roughly 25% when needed
