As a Parts Representative
, you’ll play a key role in serving our customers and keeping our parts department running smoothly. You’ll assist customers with parts and accessories, manage inventory, and help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts and accessories they need
• Sell parts and/or services to repair problems and meet customer needs
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring parts are properly stocked and displayed
• Keep the parts department and apparel section clean and organized
• Process transactions and perform daily cash counts
• Handle ordering and receiving of parts
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous parts clerk experience (an asset)
• Fast learner and quick on your feet
• Interest and knowledge in the powersport industry
• Good with computers (experience with POS systems an asset)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Organized, personable, friendly, and a good listener
