Bay Path Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking Staff Nurses on our Short and Long-Term Units! Rate range is dependent on years of experience and shift differential. Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.

• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care

• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain safety of residents.

• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
