GENERAL DESCRIPTION (Summary, Scope, Purpose)

This role requires an individual who is passionate in team management. The Insurance Tracking Manager will be responsible for overseeing a group of team members within the Tracking Department to ensure tasks’entreprise completed accurately and diligently, as assigned. Duties can include conducting employee side by sides or 1-1's to provide constructive support to lead and mentor each team member, managing employee time off and completing weekly timecard submissions.

The ideal candidate will educate their team on areas of growth and provide the appropriate support to help guide them in their career divided. The ability to stay organized and move in a fast-paced environment is imperative to the success of this role. Professional written and oral communication skills are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with tôi team members, providing support and coaching, as needed.
  • Provide support, lead and mentor staff to promote growth and improve performance within their roles.
  • Motivate and maintain the spirit affront.
  • Review Hathaway and validate weekly timecard submissions.
  • Lead and conduct employee monthly side by sides/1-1’s
  • Complete and present employee 90 day/Annual reviews
  • Monitor team member’s production and quality metrics consistently to ensure expected goals are met.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities in a timely manner while staying organized.
  • Exhibit professional written and oral communication skills
  • Assign and oversee department projects, as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates to AVP/VP for employee performance management.

  • Executes HR and Discipichten items in a professional and timline manner.
  • Other responsibilities as directed.

MINIMUM
