Buckley Associate sis looking for an individual who has exposure tomany

IT methods and technologiestoworkwithour  this role, you will draw upon your technical abilities and inquisitive nature to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to the businesses challenges.

The ideal candidate willpossessanability to critically evaluate situations and take a hands-on approach to problem solving.

• Provide daytoday technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires and existing employees
• Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees, covering tools, security practices, and basic workflows
• Assist users with account access, permissions, and collaboration tools
• Create and maintain
  
  IT documentation, quick-reference guides, and basic training materials
• Maintainaccuratetracking of IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and equipment throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in IT team meetings andhelpestablish
  
  IT processes and standards

• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (including Office, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Entra and Azure), Active Directory, and Print/File Sharing
• Hands-on experience with laptop setup and user onboarding
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability towork on-sitein Rockland, MA

• Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization concepts
• Exposure to managing or supporting network infrastructure through platforms such as the Cisco Meraki Dashboard
• Exposure to scripting languages (such as Power Shell, Python, C, or similar)

• B.S in Computer Science,Information Technology,or Management Information Systems orrelated technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience intheITfield
