Member Service Representative

Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for friendly, service focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Member Solutions Center based in Rockland. If you enjoy providing stellar service while working in a busy environment, this could be the position for you!

• Answer inbound calls within specified service levels, providing members with efficient and professional service.
• Maintain a full understanding of Credit Union products and services.
• Accurately process routine transactions and file maintenance while tracking member interactions.
• Proactively problem-solving with the scope of responsibility.
• Cross‑selling additional products.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous banking or experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Be able to provide superior service by collaborating as a team and deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external members, while embracing the fundamental values of RFCU's organizational culture.

As a Member Solutions Advocate, you will work a 40‑hour full‑time schedule Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr
, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role.
