This position is non-sales and may include a variety of duties such as ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Associates direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, and may handle cash management or program compliance. Roles require working cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, and doing so with little or some supervision.

The position demands attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a high level of integrity while supporting key operational objectives. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support non-sales functions to ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance where applicable.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; respond to operational concerns with little or some supervision.
• Maintain detail-oriented and time-management practices to support store objectives.

• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers, vendors, and carriers; respond to operational concerns with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with proven time-management skills and a high level of integrity.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of non-sales tasks as needed; may include roles such as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, or Customer Service Representative.
