Your Day at Lowe's
Welcome customers, assist them in finding products, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include loading merchandise, processing orders, and guiding customers through their shopping experience. Departments include Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
- Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
- Replenish stock and process orders accurately.
- Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
- Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, or modifying data).
- 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months retail or customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills.
- Trade certifications relevant to the department.

Travel and Working Conditions
- Occasional travel for meetings or training.
