• Manage the ER at Moore Regional Hospital - Richmond, NC.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling using available resources.
• Coordinate patient care requirements and participate in special projects.
• Facilitate patient and family education, and conduct routine rounds to ensure quality care.
• Oversee staff orientation, development, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in employee recruitment, retention, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage department budget, payroll, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate service line activities, compile data, and prepare reports.

Three (3) years of ED nursing experience in an acute care setting, with at least one (1) year of leadership experience. BSN required. Department-specific certification must be achieved within the first year of employment.
