• Salary range for Reliability Lead: $76,000 - $95,000 per year

• Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective defect handling.
• Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper defect handling and support problem‑solving to prevent breakdowns.
• Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and present breakdown status regularly at team meetings.
• Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize and schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities.
• Champion safety culture, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Lead with a focus on team coaching and strong ability to navigate complex situations.
• Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination toward Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.
