The Assistant General Manager supports the GM by ensuring smooth shift operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, help with training, and step into management duties as needed. A great role for someone with leadership experience in restaurants or retail looking to grow into a GM role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily operations and shift execution
* Deliver exceptional guest service
* Assist with staff training and policy compliance
* Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
* Help monitor food production and cash handling

Schedule:

* ~40–50 hours/week, includes evenings/weekends
