• Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures, as well as procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Provide clinical support assistance to include, but not limited to, cleaning the work area, changing linens, restocking supplies, transporting patients/supplies/specimens, and assisting in the orientation of new employees and students.
• Provide direct personal care to patients such as dressing, feeding, assisting with ambulation. Measure and record vital signs, and patient height and weight. May be responsible for specimen collection, catheter care, blood glucose checks, simple wound care, and urinary catheterization.

• High School or GED is preferred - or higher.
• Active NA I listing with NC Division of Facilities Services Registry.
• Active NA II listing with North Carolina Board of Nursing is required.
• BLS certification.
