Greenlink Energy Solutions is looking for a skilled Electrician. In this role you will be responsible for general electrical work from design and inspection to implementation of items or services such as wiring for new appliances, installing new switches, or replacing existing ones, and many other home improvement and energy efficiency measures and services. Previous experience in solar PV installation and maintenance is preferred.

- Adhere to Greenlink and OSHA safety standards
- Run AC and DC wiring; service panel upgrades; meter pedestal changeouts
- Perform general electrical work related to construction, home improvement, & energy efficiency
- Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel installations
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of solar energy systems
- 5 to 10+ years of electrician experience and equivalent electrical work practical knowledge
- Proven experience as an electrician with vast commercial electrical experience
- Familiarity with inverters, charge controllers, and battery storage systems
- Demonstrated ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter) and electrical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
- Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail
- Lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Bend over and kneel on surfaces
- Squat, crawl, twist in a variety of ways
- Drive power tools and use other small tools such as hammers and wrenches
- Handle inclement weather
- Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills including the ability to foster a positive team environment through collaborative decision-making
- Must have a clean driving record and access to transportation to the job site
- NABCEP certification
- Valid electrician's license or certification
