Entry Level Sales Representative - B2B Energy Sales

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives to represent Constellation Energy, a leading energy supplier.

This is a face-to-face B2B sales role offering base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning $100k+ annually.

Our client, Constellation Energy, is one of the leading energy companies in the United States and offers businesses a variety of natural gas and electricity plans. Constellation’s goal is to empower businesses to make informed smart energy decisions that best meet their needs and budget.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet directly with business owners and decision makers to present solutions that improve their operations. This is a territory-based B2B sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.

• Prospect and engage local businesses within your territory
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
• Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients
• Close new customer agreements
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k+
• 10 Paid Holidays

• Have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, or business development
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Are competitive and motivated by uncapped earnings
• Are self-driven and comfortable working in the field
• Want a career path into sales leadership or management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Outside sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel within assigned territory

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• Typical schedule:
  
  8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend opportunities available depending on territory
