Assistant Manager – Sales – Rent-A-Center

Starting hourly rate: $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

• Sales:
  Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements, prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service:
  Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences with white‑glove service in‑store and at home.
• Deliveries & Pickups:
  Execute safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising:
  Maintain an inviting and organized store, ensuring cleanliness and product presentation for customers and coworkers.

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – company vehicle driving.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
