Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled, contact members to notify when pickup time is delayed, inform members when products are unavailable, offer alternative product options, ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies, ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup, resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.
- Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, correcting and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments, utilizing cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, resolving member issues, promoting company products and services, organizing and maintaining availability of carts, assisting members with transporting items, utilizing cart retrieval equipment, maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
