• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing fast, friendly, and courteous service, mastering our point‑of‑sale systems, and staying current on pricing, promotions, and product locations.
• Keep the store looking great by stocking and organizing shelves, coolers, freezers, and displays; maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, exterior areas, and café equipment.
• Handle daily operations: complete shift paperwork, assist with cash and safe reconciliation, follow food safety guidelines, and maintain accurate timekeeping.
• Work as part of the team: collaborate with colleagues, follow safety and security procedures, handle cash properly, and alert management to operational issues.

• Pay range: $15–$18 per hour, based on education, work experience, knowledge, skills and certifications.
• Shift differential: $3 per hour for 3rd shift (10 PM–7 AM).

• Must be at least 21 years of age; where required by law, may need an operator license to sell alcohol.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash & operate POS accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to stand for extended periods.

• Prior experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment.
• Experience handling cash and completing shift reports or basic bookkeeping tasks.
