• Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick-up orders or help members while stocking shelves (fast-paced, can be physically demanding)
• Unloading trucks (seasonal variation)
• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in the backroom
• Assist members with locating merchandise and answer questions
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged according to company policy

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; promoting products and services
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per procedures; reporting unsafe situations
• Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise
• Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise
• Complies with policies and ethics; utilizing Open Door Policy in business processes
• Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
• Supports club pick up orders throughout the day, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy
