Job Description:

A kitchen team member will exhibit high-level service by preparing quality products in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work station, and showing a positive attitude towards fellow team members and guests.

Job Responsibilities:

* Food prep and order fulfillment

* Maintaining Food Safety Standards at all times

* Operating fryers, ovens, and bladed machinery

* Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen including dishes, floors, counters, etc.

* Fostering a positive work environment

Job Requirements:

* Willing and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with availability that includes Saturdays

* Willing and able to show up on time and prepared for work each day

* Willing and able to prepare food in a timely manner and adhere to quality standards

* Willing and able to read and comprehend orders on the Kitchen Production Screen

* Willing and able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs

* Willing and able to operate machinery such as pressure fryers, open fryers, trash compactors, and chicken shredders

* Willing and able to maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, including all dishes, floors, and food contact surfaces

* Willing and able to meet handbook requirements such as uniform, employee professionalism, and conduct
