Our client is a leader in dry stabilizing systems for dairy products, which gives them a presence in most dairy plant across the country. They are looking to add a Senior Scientist – Dairy Proteins to the dedicated team.
- Ph.D. in Dairy Science, Food Science, Food Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Dairy R&D, preferably within ingredient, food, or nutrition industries.
- Proven expertise in protein structure-function relationships and the impact of processing on protein functionality.
- Hands-on experience with dairy ingredient development (e.g. whey protein isolates/concentrates, caseinates, MPCs).
