Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and independent  Travel Nurse - Home Health RN  for a travel assignment in Rockford, IL. This opportunity offers $2,700 per week for 40 hours, scheduled as 5x8s day shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Provide in-home nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications, wound care, and treatments according to physician orders
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care best practices
Document all visits, observations, and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards
Manage a daily caseload and travel between patient homes

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active RN license in Illinois
Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience
BLS certification required
Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and independence
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
