Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities
Perform home visits and patient assessments
Administer IV therapy
Wound care and cardiac monitoring
Coordinate care plans
Maintain accurate documentation
Preferred
IV Therapy, ER, Oncology experience
Wound or Cardiac Certification
Requirements
Active Illinois RN License
BLS Certification
At least 1 year acute care experience (within last 3 years)
Home health experience preferred
No local candidates within 50 miles
