FM Nurse Practitioner

Overview

This position provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a clinic or hospital setting under the direction of a collaborating Physician.

Mercyhealth, an award‑winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, Illinois
. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high‑quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

• Join a well‑established practice in collaboration with an experienced physician
• Monday through Friday (8am‑5pm) and 1 Saturday per month schedule. Great for work‑life balance!
• Newborn to geriatric patient population
• Onsite Laboratory, and Radiology Services
• Ability to grow your own patient panel while also supporting physician practice
• System‑wide EPIC

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
• Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current IL RN license
• Current IL APNP license
• Current IL DEA number
• Other certifications as required
• New Grads welcome to apply!
• Primary Care NP experience preferred
• Primary Care nursing experience preferred
