Pay range for this position is $43.60 - $59.17/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Promotes and exemplifies the mission and values of The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis and supports the goals of OSF Health Care System; utilizes the nursing process and the standards of nursing care in the delivery of patient care; manages assigned personnel and promotes collaboration among the allied services; completes other duties under the direction of the department supervisor.

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  Must be licensed as a REGISTERED NURSE in the State of Illinois. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS, CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant through adult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skills, return demonstration and must be by HR) completed prior to employment.
• EDUCATION:
  
  Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN or must sign an agreement to be enrolled in a BSN program 18 months after hire date and obtain BSN within 6 years of hire date
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  2 years OR RN experience.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
• CRNFA (Certified Nurse First Assist)
