Overview

60% FTE, Mon-Friday. 8-hour shifts, no weekends and no holidays. Shift times vary: 7:15A-3:45P, 7:30A-4P, 8A-4:30P, 8:30A-5P, or 9:30A-6P., you will work at UW Health Bell School Street Clinic 3535 N. Bell School Rd

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program. Required
• BSN. Preferred
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• 1 year of Inpatient, Outpatient Hospital, or Oncology patient care experience. Required

• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
• ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification within 1 year of hire. Required
• OCN Certification preferred within three years of hire. Preferred
• BI-annual CPR certification. Required
