Cardiovascular Intervention​/Cath Lab RN

Overview

Pay Range: $33.12 - $51.68 per hour

Location:

Javon Bea Hospital, Rockford, IL

Hours per week: 40

Shift differential for qualifying shifts: PM shift 15% of base pay, up to $4.50 per hour;
Night shift 20% of base pay, up to $6.00 per hour.

• Provides compassionate, culturally sensitive, holistic nursing care to patients in a clinical setting, supporting the Mercyhealth nursing mission, practice values, and strategic plan.
• May include variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including floating to various units based on identified needs and clinical competency.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program, or ADN with Professional Nursing Certification or ADN/Diploma.
• 1–2 years of RN experience required.

• Licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• Approved CPR certification required within 90 days (additional certifications per unit requirements: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP).
• 20 hours of continued education.
