RN (ADN) - Home Health

UW Health Swedish American – Rockford, IL. 100% FTE, Day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). Rotating weekends and holidays.

Work location:

2550 Charles St, Rockford, IL.

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program – required
• Provide copy of high school diploma or equivalent / highest level of completed degree – required
• 1 year of experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting within the past 3 years – required
• Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology – preferred

• Current RN license from the State of Illinois – required
• Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance – required
• Bi-Annual CPR certification – required
