Unit Supervisor

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Day Shift role. Monday - Friday 8-5. You will work at the UW Health Marchesano Dr Clinic and the 1340 Charles St Clinic in Rockford.

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

• Current Illinois nurse license or Associate Degree. Required

• 2 years healthcare supervisory experience. Preferred

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization and community.
• Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
