The Ardent Counseling Center is a well-established practice that is growing and is open to part-time and full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

We are looking to hire an adult or child & adolescent Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. The Ardent Counseling Center provides a supportive environment with in-house marketing, billing, and administrative support to help you establish your practice.

• Provide psychiatric mental health care within your scope of practice as a PMHNP-BC (or FNP with Behavioral Health experience).
• Deliver care through a flexible service delivery model, balancing in-person and telehealth as scheduled.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced mental health professionals to support patients across ages and needs.

• Graduate-level degree in Nursing.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with Behavioral Health experience.
• Ability to work with adult and/or child & adolescent populations as required.

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr (up to $140,000 per year possible for full-time providers).
• Excellent pay with a claim that full-time office-based providers earn ~35% more than the Illinois industry average.
