We are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring Nurse (LPN/RN) to contribute to the quality of life of our residents.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours:

Available shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-12:00pm, or 4:00pm-8:00pm Benefits:
Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), Retirement Plan/Match (full-time status only)

Job responsibilities:

Passes out the medication to the residents
Conducts nursing assessments
Completes daily charting
Oversees health needs of residents as a member of the nursing team
Supports continued memory program
Responds and acts appropriately in emergency or disaster situations
Other duties as requested

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Currently a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois

Preferred:

Previous experience in assisted living or long term care environments
Previous experience working with persons with dementia or older adults
