• Competitive Pay: $34.00 - $44.00/hour (RN) and $30.00 - $35.00/hour (LPN) | Credit given for experience, licensure, and shift differentials

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care by planning, coordinating, and implementing personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, follow physician orders
• Uphold rigorous standards of documentation and infection control
• Stay calm in emergencies, collaborate with teams, and proactively solve problems
• Uphold the dignity of each resident while fostering a positive, professional environment

• Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) with valid Illinois license (required)
• One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) will be considered if licensure is received within forty-five days of employment
• Strong interpersonal relations and proven communication skills, both verbal and written
