Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

Status: Full and Part Time positions available

Shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm

Job Summary: We are seeking CNAs that love what they do, and who will not compromise when it comes to providing the highest quality of care and kindness to our guests.

The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) will:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Serve meals and assist with feeding
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Promote the highest level of customer experience at all times when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Compliant with the Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history
