ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the team to deliver compassionate homecare and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test current within last 12 months.
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Health, Dental, Vision and Company‑Paid Life Insurance.

- Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time, or PRN, days, nights, and weekend shifts – we will work with your availability.

Variable hour and part‑time employees measured for eligibility into our ACA benefit plans over the first twelve months of employment. Employees who work at least 130 hours per calendar month over the Initial Measurement Period will be invited to enroll in our ACA Benefit Plans, offering a range of enhanced benefit plan options. If you meet the requirement, you will also be eligible for your choice of major medical plans, dental and vision coverage. - Benefit eligibility may vary and depends on employment status and location.
