Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and manage nursing services for our residents. As an RN with a passion for senior care, this traveling role offers a sign‑on bonus and comprehensive mentorship.

• Administer and manage all nursing services in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24‑hour supervision of nursing staff and maintain quality standards of care.
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the administrator.
• Support staff development through mentorship, orientation, and continuing education.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred).
• Prior experience in LTC, SNF, AL, or MC setting.
• Minimum two years of DON experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Passion for working with seniors.
