• The BES Assembler is to perform manual labor along the BES production line using a variety of hand and air powered tools, fixtures, work instructions, torches and testing equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and braze units per customers specifications.
• Industrial HVAC Assemblers may perform repairs and rework to units, and pack units for shipping as necessary.
• Electrical will also be a part of this opportunity, as the recipient will be training in how to wire electrical panels for HVAC units.
• Operates assembly related equipment such as hand, manual tork, and air powered tools.
• Operates End of Line testing equipment to ensure units are assembled correctly.
• Ensures that time, material and wastage is minimized on the production line.
• Cooperates with team members to assist in reaching SINEW
• Operating label printers
• Work on other duties as assigned

• Experience in Brazing or Welding
• Follows work instructions (Blueprints, CAPPS books, SOPs and HMIs)

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in welding or brazing
• Experience utilizing work instructions to assemble production units
• Knowledge of 5S
• 609 C EPA Certification
• Knowledge of LEAN principles

The budgeted range for this role is $20 USD - $23 USD per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the desired level of experience for the position.
