Job Description
Active in assembly environment to assure material is on time and at the work area.
Follow-up on part shortages, late deliveries and mitigate the shortages for on time delivery.
Managing of material affected by ENOC’s and providing for its’ efficient follow‑up and disposition.
Track and monitor status of all materials affected by a WBS release.
Write RMA’s for material to be returned to vendors.
Follow up on material returned to suppliers.
Run material status reports as required.
Plot drawing books for Assembly and Installation teams as required.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Act as a back‑up for the Engineering Services Clerk as required.
Ability to move and carry parts within OSHA guidelines.
QualificationsStrong typing and computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word.
Knowledge and mastery of the required SAP transactions.
Should be self‑motivated and be able to work on own.
Should have good communication skills - written and oral.
Advanced organizational and task prioritization skills.
ExperienceOne to three years experience in a similar field.
EducationHigh School Education, GED, or equivalent with specialized knowledge obtained through less than one year education or training obtained on‑the‑job or through other training.
Additional InformationPlease include a cover letter describing your experience with medium to large machine tool part drawing, CATIA and experience in Aerospace.
