Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
