Set up and operate the Mori CNC turning center (dual spindle), conduct fixture selection, equip‑set‑up, minor program editing, and quality assurance tasks.

• Set up and operate Mori CNC turning center (dual spindle).
• Conduct complete set‑ups, fixture selection with minor program editing.
• Interpret engineering drawings including geometric tolerances.
• Conduct first‑part inspection and process auditing.
• Work to applicable process protocols and procedures.
• Maintain quality assurance and labor reporting via Windows‑based computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.

• Minimum 2 years CNC turning experience or 1 year manufacturing experience with CNC trade school background.
• Familiar with Fanuc controls (plus).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including geometric tolerances.
• Ability to utilize electronic and mechanical precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivated, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills: addition, subtraction of decimals, metric‑to‑English conversion, trigonometry (plus).
• Knowledge of G & M codes or basic programming (plus).
• Trade school experience (plus).

The salary range for this position is $20–27/hr.
