Join Stryker as a Field Service Technician supporting our NEPTUNE product line.

• Travel between hospitals based on assignment of service requests.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Interpretation of service bulletins, user manuals, and technical drawings.
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills.

• Minimum of 3 years technical service or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Experience with biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning company software.
• Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other patient confidentiality policies.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Requirement for vaccinations may apply depending on customer access needs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• University degree or formal technical training preferred.

• $28.01 – 38.75 USD per hour plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Pay depends on skills, experience, and other factors.
