Field Service Technician (Neptune) – Rockford / Northern, IL
Join Stryker as a Field Service Technician supporting our NEPTUNE product line.
What You Will Do- Travel between hospitals based on assignment of service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues.
- Build positive relationships with Stryker customers.
- Document service results to maintain accurate quality records.

- Capability to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and 20 lbs continuously.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude as required by Stryker.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interpretation of service bulletins, user manuals, and technical drawings.
- Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 3 years technical service or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience with biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning company software.
- Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other patient confidentiality policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Requirement for vaccinations may apply depending on customer access needs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- University degree or formal technical training preferred.
- Company vehicle.
