*** Supply Chain Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies tailored to the specific needs of the services segment to optimize efficiency and ensure service level agreements for turn around times.
* Operational Management:
Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution to meet repair and spare turn around times
* Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
* Vendor and Partner Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable supply and high service standards.
* Cross Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business goals and drive integrated solutions to support Services organization.
