Project Manager, Scrum Master, Systems Analyst

• Facilitating and leading agile processes
• Mange large volume of data impacting delivery of product and summarize to present to team in daily stand up meetings
• Preparing presentation for out briefs to leadership daily/weekly
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to determine project goals
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog by working closely with the Operations leads and other team members
• Monitoring project progress and providing timely updates on project status to stakeholders by updating and presenting daily-out brief slides
• Applying agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development, adapting the methodologies as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an agile project manager or a similar role in product management or program management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery using agile methods
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks such as [agile Scrum, Kanban, or Lean] as well as a solid understanding of their principles and practices preferred
• Technical/Mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools would be a plus
• Jira would be preferred
• Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies
• Recognized agile certifications, such as [Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)], are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required
• Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills required

$88,000-$105,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This role is considered a1 00% on-site position located in Rockford, IL

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
