We are partnered with a global organization seeking a hands-on One Stream Systems Manager to lead development and delivery for their One Stream platform as they grow their internal One Stream team!
Responsibilities- Lead hands-on development and enhancement of the One Stream platform, including Business Rules (Extensibility), Cube Views, Dashboards, data integrations, security, and workflow configuration
- Own and manage the One Stream development backlog in Jira, translating business requirements into user stories, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria
- Plan and prioritize enhancements, defect remediation, and technical debt, supporting sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles
- Partner with Finance and Finance Transformation stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable One Stream solutions aligned with best practices
- Establish and enforce development standards, documentation, testing, and deployment processes
- Manage testing cycles and production releases, including UAT support and post-deployment validation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of One Stream developers and analysts, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support
- Manage team capacity, workload, and delivery commitments, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities
- Oversee external One Stream partners or contractors, reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality and adherence to standards
- Continuously optimize system performance, usability, and scalability while maintaining strong governance and internal controls
- 5+ years of experience with One Stream development, including 3+ in a management role
- Experience building and managing One Stream enhancements post-implementation
- Hands-on experience with One Stream Business Rules () and financial models for Planning, Forecasting, and/or Consolidation
- Proven experience managing work through Jira
- Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, Close, Reporting)
